any suggestions on sump pump control and alarm. I have a floodfree intelishield with probes, but needs new probes. Dont seem to be able to get parts. Was going to look for something else. Maybe a wifi deal too

How about one of those mercury switches embedded in a float?

I was hoping for something with built in alarm too if it stopped working

Those float switches no longer have a mercury in the switch..........reliability is still good just not great like the older mercury switches enjoyed.


There are several stand alone water alarm devices in the market place.
Battery alarms are the best choice, because work when the power is off no matter the reason.
