Sun distributor tester / Ignition simulation plate help

I have been fixing up my 504 distributor machine and now turning my attention to the simulation plate.
its missing some parts - coil, ballast resistor can easily replaced new, and anything would probably be fine - but if any suggestions I will take them.

would the "parallel" switch that is missing be the same as the momentary switch labelled "series"

and how is this all wired up? if anyone has clear pictures maybe I can follow them.

also if any manual is available for operation as I am not certain on the switches and potentiometer usage.

all information is welcome I am a novice to the testing machine and this plate

Also, get a hold of Paramount dist testers. All he does is Sun equipment and might have something for you.

I did follow the sun thread here and it did show some things, maybe I can message members for assistance.
the international tool catalog is sweet, I found some other sun items I was having a hard time identifying!

good call on Paramount!

seems like I could get this plate up and running easily without the switches and potentiometers but would be nice to try restoring it.
