sun performance analyzer 1011 HELP!!!

well, picked up this for 30 bucks. got it home and plugged it in. let it run for a bit and the sweep on the scope died, or at least i think it did.

does anyone have any info or manuals on this or a similar model?

would GREATLY be appreciated.
