Sun VAT 40, works except volt meter, however I have 2 more partial VAT 40s one of which I know has a working volt meter. All 3 have al the cables, and amp clamps IIRC. Selling all 3 for $400.00 OBO plus actual shipping costs from Mead CO 80542. They are heavy, so a cash local sale is prefered. I will accept Paypal(add 5% to cover their fees, will ship the instant I see paypal payment) or personal check(will not ship until check clears my bank). They are as is no warranty expressed or implied.
