Are you just looking for a 1/4" hex ratcheting bit driver? If so there's a few nice options.
On the cheaper end, I just picked up a little Kobalt 35pc bit set with bit ratchet (1/4" and 5/16" bit drivers, both reversible) for like $12 at Lowe's on sale from $20. They have a similar one with a few less bits for $10 as well. Fine tooth, pretty smooth ratcheting action, I haven't gotten a chance to use it much yet though so don't hold me to it.
For a little more, EZ Red has a quarter stick with 1/4" square drive and a bit ratchet on the other end. It's flex head(locking I think), fine tooth, and nice and long(12"). They're not bad price wise, I think I paid around $30 for mine. They have one that's identical but about a third as long for cheaper as well.
On the higher end of the price spectrum, Matco and Snap On make really nice ones. I have a Matco that has 1/4" & 5/16" hex with an adapter to use 1/4"Drive sockets. It's very smooth and very low profile, a joy to use.
The handiest one I own is definetly the snap on low profile 1/4" set. I can fit this one in places I never imagined I'd be able to get a socket or bit on. It's a tiny little ratchet with an 11mm ratcheting box that the low profile sockets all fit into. The ratchet is part # RAT72. I think it's around $50. The only reason I bring that one up is because there's a bit holder that you can slide into the box end to drive bits, don't have the part no handy, but I know it's cheap.
I only mentioned the above because that's all I have experience with, I'd have to say my favorites are probably the EZ Red or the Matco, depending on the situation. Hope that helps.
