Sunex getting bought out?

hey guys, one of the techs came up to me today and told me his friend told him sunex was being bought out. i have no idea by who or if its even true. i dont know where his friend heard this. and then he tells me how he said that sunex will not be warrantying anything that was purchased from now or previous times. please tell me its not true. i like my sunex products.

Rumors? How many Sunex tools do you have to warranty? If you like them and they're not broken, what's the issue?
Remember, it is better to have tools that won't fail through normal, sustained use, than to have tools that easily fail but, have a great warranty.
