Anyone have the new 8057 full drawer tool cart? Thinking about getting one but can't find any real reviews. Do all the drawers lock? It says locking top but I need them all to lock. How about durability? Seems like a nice cart for $600 instead of $1500 for a snap on. Thanks

I have one there is a lever under the top that locks the drawers. I have it in my home shop so I cant help you on the durability in a shop environment. I didn't care for the BIG Sunex decals on the front a little heat and they pealed right off I had to remove the lock cylinder to get the center one off but it was easy enough to do.It has pry bar holes down both sides under the top also. I got mine thru Amazon it was from Tooltopia but I couldn't find it on there site? It came truck freight the carrier that brought mine sucked !!!

I have a black one that I also bought on Amazon (I think mine came from CPO). Shipped UPS freight.

The drawers do lock. There is a lock/unlock lever under the top. If you unlock it, the drawers will open even with the top closed, which I like. And if you lock it, none of the drawers will open, even with the top opened.

The drawers are rated for 75 pounds, which is pretty good because I doubt I'll put more than even 50 pounds in a drawer. Although, to be honest, the drawers and slides seem beefier than some of the premium craftsman boxes, which also have a 75 pound rating. So take that as you want.

It holds quite a bit if you're organized. I've got deep and shallow sockets of the 3 common drives, way more ratchets and extensions than anyone really needs in all 3 drives, several sets of screwdrivers, multiple wrench sets (flare, combination, and ratcheting combination, and larger 21mm+ wrenches) along with an M18 Fuel set (charger included) and an entire drawer full of misc tools, and I still don't have it more than half full.

The screwdriver/pry bar holders in the top are nice too, and are part of the reason you can fit so much in it.

It's a good tool cart for sure. I was planning on getting one of the krsc46 carts, but this was way cheaper while still maintaining a good quality.

I have no experience with the Sunex version but as an FYI - The snap on version sells for ~$800 with the student discount and show up on Craigslist infrequently for around that price. If you need something now then I get it but if you can hold off then keep an eye on your local CL

I bought one a few a couple years ago, not a bad cart for the money. I used it for a year or so and got rid of it, only issue was drawers were stiff to open all the way passed half opened. I think this was related just to mine as I got another Sunex cart 2 drawer w/ the sliding top and have had no issues.
