I dont think he is adding spaces. Can you even activate it online? I only know of the phone...which is what i did for mine. He did try calling and said he couldnt get ahold of a person so not sure what hes doing lol. Just figured id see if anyone else had run into anything or not. Told him to bring it with him tomorrow and id see if i could help him out. Hes not the most technologically savy guy.
Love the internet, one person posts an issue and people take it for gospel lol.

The 3/8" master set (part # 3580) is great deal as well with $100 rebate which gets your net cost to around $100 for the whole set (ie $200 purchase less $100 rebate).
If I were you, I'd return the smaller Sunex 3342 set (42 piece) and get the bigger Sunex 3580 master set (80 piece) with the $100 rebate.

Just a warning to those who haven't rebated yet. The actual deal is over now, so purchases made from today onwards will not be eligible. Also there's a requirement that the rebate forms are postmarked within 90 days of purchase. I just sent mine in today. I bought mine on July 6th, so there were only a few days left for me.
I was thinking of returning the SX231P so that's why I waited, but decided it wasn't worth the hassle. I'll probably take it apart and see if I can clean it out, maybe it has some junk in it from manufacturing on the veins or something.

Thanks to the OP and everyone else's comments on quality, where to buy, and rebate status, etc...
I went ahead and bought the 2568 and 2569 a few days ago, still waiting for them. I only have 3/8'' impact socket set and need bigger sockets, I was trying to hold off due to money, but figured I'd never find a deal like this again, I'll sell my 3/8'' set and recoup some money.
I'm just Praying I get the rebate no problem, and from what I hear it shouldn't be a problem.

Can you link the cards you purchased your on Amazon? I have tried physical and emailed cards, different card amounts, and both codes with no luck
