I have impact extension that failed, the ball that holds the socket failed. I bought thru amazon, is a amazon an approved seller? How do I warranty it?
Send a picture of it to Sunex and they should warrant it. Sunex isn't too particular about "authorized dealers" like GP is (just what i've heard). If you bought it new, they'll warrant it.
With sunex possession is 9/10ths of the law lol..... email them or give them a call and get your tool warranted..... good company and good tools and not just for the cash.... good Tools in general
