Anybody used castrol super clean in a parts washer?

Scratch that... I though you were talking of their actually parts washer fluid. Would not imagine a water based "castrol super clean" would interact well with your petro cleaner. If indeed you have one....fwiw & imho.

I use the super clean in one of my dishwashers for cleaning trans pieces. Works good, will take off ATF so well that the parts will rust before your eyes BUT won't cut the heavy plaque from the burned frictions.

Not a good chemical for soaking parts. It's fairly corrosive to active metals like aluminum. Anything past 20 minutes and your parts are toast. For spraying on and scrubbing followed by an immediate and thorough rinse - it's excellent.
