It's like 18" tall so get familiar with your local chiropractor.

But having limited space does ****. Ask me how I know.

Made me cringe with that router

Why? That looks exactly like every table mounted router I've ever seen. Jig saw setup was a little sketchy but overall that was an amazingly compact and well thought out design

Not the router itself but his fingers a half inch from it. Should be using a push stick with fence or a jig to hold that.

Huh? The router has a bearing to limit the cut, I have never used a push stick on those type of cut.

Actually, that guy showed some good woodworking tips... thx for the video. OP

I am thinking of selling my table saw because it takes up a big chunk of the corner of the garage. So, seeing this video gives me hope that if I do, I can still use my portable saw and a table setup to consolidate my wood working equipment.
Thanks for sharing your surfing find...I am sure I can come up with something like that.

Hey they are your fingers. I'd never put my digits that close on a small piece that was then being rounded over making it even more unstable. No problem with the set up besides the fact that any high school shop kid should be able to build a table with a square cut out of it
Here you go. Same deal. No nose picking for this guy for awhile
and this one......look like a familiar setup ? This guy actually is more safe as he has a pin.

As a video production, he did a great job. Well presented, and kind of a cool project. No, not everything's up to OSHA code, but it's not a bad solution for those who are starved for space.
