Super-Hex DBE Wrench...is it a DuroChrome?

A family friend gave me this wrench and it looks like it is high quality. It looks very similar to the Western Auto Super-Chrome line, the 'chrome vanadium steel' font is identical to the Super-Chrome on AA. What say you? The box ends are thin and the broaching looks like high quality work...

I’ve got the same wrench. I always thought it was Williams, but never really spent much time with it. If I ever used it, I don’t remember it, but it has been cluttering up my box for years.
