Hi everybody. Guess I've been lurking for about 3.5 years now and have always wanted to start a Garage Gallery thread. Just never felt good about it because I was always in between projects and I wanted something finished and cool to show off. Now that I finished my walls I'm proud to show it off! Only problem with that is there's a lot of catching up to do. I have some ideas (probably something I've seen before) to keep the thread organized.

I'm big on pictures and not a lot of chatting so I'll dive in. And I'll start with where I'm at now. Later I'll add posts for my transformation, tools, projects, and cars.

Bought my house in 2010 and it's a standard FL cookie cutter; about 1200sq ft, attached 1.5 car garage (like 20x20), small lot, close neighbors (but they're cool).

The Garage Facelift:

OK, been busy and traveling but I finally uploaded the photos to Flickr. Here's the progression of the garage. From the beginning, a few shots of organizing and layouts, adding the wood paneling, then the painting.

I designed and built my entertainment center.

To get an idea of the overall size, I made this wood dowel "prototype."
