Has anyone dealt with supplyhouse.com? Induction motor went in my furnace and they’re one of the few that have it. Just never heard of them.
They are the best. Not only do they sell reputable stuff at fair prices they also have incredible support. If you have any issues they will quickly address them and make it right.
The only issue I've had with them was when their shipper failed to deliver as promised. I let them know about the issue and even though the shipment was on their dime they offered up compensation in addition to chewing out the shipper.
Been ordering from them since there were named pexsupply.com
Same type of experience I've had as well.Been dealing with Supply House for two months. They sent me three defective parts in a row and then flat out refused to honor the one year warranty. Spoke to three different customer service reps and the first one was very helpful and courteous and said not to worry that the parts were defective because I have a one year warranty and they wanted to make sure I got my system up and running. The next two reps were unacceptably rude; one of them actually sat the phone down and yelled “god” while on the call. They are claiming that the part isn’t correct (despite it being the part the professional HVAC technician identified and it’s also the same exact part number that has been on my boiler since installation in 2010). They are also trying to tell my boiler is a different brand than it is. I can see the brand name, obviously, and I have the receipts for the boiler and manual.
They were cheaper than anyone else on the parts I needed but at this point I’m out the parts and the money and now I’m paying for the part again elsewhere since they refuse to honor the warranty.
That seems simple. With other charges purchases (other vendors) I simply file a credit card dispute and the card company refunds even before investigating. Bull Sh*t. I have been buying from Supply House for years and have never, ever had a negative experience or interaction with them. They have even quoted and ordered non stock parts for me at a really competitive price. If you have a license then you can set up a "trademaster" account and never pay shipping either way.Returns and credits are always handled efficiently. They do not always have the best pricing to me on large items such as boilers, but that is because I also have wholesaler/distributor accounts. Also, free shipping on any order over $99.I have had to warrantee 3 or 4 items over all my time dealing with them and had no problem.Been dealing with Supply House for two months. I've used SH a bunch (may have posted in this thread earlier, too) and overall have had great experiences.Bull Sh*t. The guys doing shipping and receiving aren't necessarily the sharpest tools in the shed, and someone probably just screwed up.I've used SH a bunch (may have posted in this thread earlier, too) and overall have had great experiences.
That said, they sent me an open box aprilaire humidifier this past winter. It even had a sticker on it saying the relay was not working and when I called, they claimed they open all the boxes to do some sort of function test, which was ********.
That said, they made it right and got a new one out. They wanted to wait for me to return the old one before sending the new, but I pushed a bit and they waived that policy.
It hasn't soured me on them, but was a little annoying. **** happens
They did cover shipping. The guys doing shipping and receiving aren't necessarily the sharpest tools in the shed, and someone probably just screwed up.
That item should have been on a returns shelf to send back to mfr, not another customer!
The laim xcuse would have pissed me off, however!
Hopefully, they covered return shipping.
My experience with SH has been flawless, but I only have ~6 orders with them.
You ***** all the time about the cost of shipping, but your posts never mention you are in ALASKA! Shipping to Alaska can be outrageously expensive, but it is not the seller's fault. I had the misfortune of shipping something to Anchorage once and UPS ground and Fedex ground were both about five times the cost of shipping the same item within the lower 48 states. They **** on shipping. Flat out refuse or want CRAZY $$. And get a "tough ****".
Rude customer service.
Ordered once, cost near overnight shipping rate and took over 2 weeks!
No thanks!
And it was broken. Ended up having to refuse the charge as they wouldn't honor the warranty. By far some of the rudest people I've dealt with.
