Has anyone dealt with supplyhouse.com? Induction motor went in my furnace and they’re one of the few that have it. Just never heard of them.

Have had good lucky. Bought lots of plumbing stuff over the years. Had an order issue once and they took care of it.

No problems here. Ordered from them several times. They have a lot of weird stuff which my local hvac shop doesn’t. Shipping is relatively fast and good packaging.

No worries.

They are the best. Not only do they sell reputable stuff at fair prices they also have incredible support. If you have any issues they will quickly address them and make it right.

The only issue I've had with them was when their shipper failed to deliver as promised. I let them know about the issue and even though the shipment was on their dime they offered up compensation in addition to chewing out the shipper.

Great place to get HVAC and plumbing stuff. No complaints or issues with them. Shipping seems to be pretty quick as well.

They really are great. I called with some questions one time and they connected me right to a guy who was spectacular. Answered everything and then some.

Great prices and I'm close enough that I get everything delivered next day.

My personal experience they have been far superior to IWAE

Mostly just because they never F'd the orders up to begin with. Customer service has been great both companies.

I've had nothing but good experiences with SupplyHouse.com

Just this winter I needed a few different parts, particularly a pressure switch that I couldn't source anywhere else that could get it to me within a few weeks. SupplyHouse had it to my house in 3 days (including weekend). Very impressed, and I'll continue to do business with them when the local shops fall through.

Ditto above about great place [emoji106]-

I also use Pex Universe Supply, they have better pricing in some items and great for plumbing fittings etc.

Bought some circulator pumps from them. Best prices I could find and they shipped promptly.

No issues, and I would use them again.

Been ordering from them since there were named pexsupply.com

Same. They are always nice when you call too.

Their quality is much better than I can get locally from the box stores at a better price than the counter at the supply houses. If I have a project that needs a decent amount and not crazy time sensitive, I will buy it from them.

They run sales a good amount too which I keep an eye on, but I am not sure that is worth the daily emails I get from them...

They **** on shipping. Flat out refuse or want CRAZY $$. And get a "tough ****".
Rude customer service.

Ordered once, cost near overnight shipping rate and took over 2 weeks!
No thanks!
And it was broken. Ended up having to refuse the charge as they wouldn't honor the warranty. By far some of the rudest people I've dealt with.

Been dealing with Supply House for two months. They sent me three defective parts in a row and then flat out refused to honor the one year warranty. Spoke to three different customer service reps and the first one was very helpful and courteous and said not to worry that the parts were defective because I have a one year warranty and they wanted to make sure I got my system up and running. The next two reps were unacceptably rude; one of them actually sat the phone down and yelled “god” while on the call. They are claiming that the part isn’t correct (despite it being the part the professional HVAC technician identified and it’s also the same exact part number that has been on my boiler since installation in 2010). They are also trying to tell my boiler is a different brand than it is. I can see the brand name, obviously, and I have the receipts for the boiler and manual.

They were cheaper than anyone else on the parts I needed but at this point I’m out the parts and the money and now I’m paying for the part again elsewhere since they refuse to honor the warranty.
Same type of experience I've had as well.

I have bought from theM many times through many years and was fully satisfied.
They deliver to me in one day using standard cheapest shipping and orders are accurately filled.
Prices are less than I can find anywhere else and they often have things that are not in stock locally.
What else can one ask for?

That seems simple. With other charges purchases (other vendors) I simply file a credit card dispute and the card company refunds even before investigating. I've never had a reversal.

Ordered 2 replacement igniters for my wall boiler from them (to get over the $100 minimum for free shipping) and got the second one yesterday.

It was clearly marked "Backorder" when I ordered it, but this was fine because I was just ordering a spare when I installed my existing spare.

Now I have 2 spares.

Anyway...I've ordered from SupplyHouse several times with no issues. I got free shipping by ordering $100 or more. The igniters were slightly less expensive than other vendors. No complaints.

I just received an order from them this week.
I couldn’t find a 2 gallon expansion tank from anyplace local, that would sell to me, with more than a one year warranty.

Bought a 7 year warranty tank for a very good price. $7.95, UPS shipping, three day service.

On the customer service subject. I called later the same day to see if I could add an item to my order.
The service rep handled my request politely and quickly.

I would add even if I pay for shipping it is really minimal. They don't appear to mark up shipping like some on-line vendors.

Bull Sh*t. I have been buying from Supply House for years and have never, ever had a negative experience or interaction with them. They have even quoted and ordered non stock parts for me at a really competitive price. If you have a license then you can set up a "trademaster" account and never pay shipping either way.Returns and credits are always handled efficiently. They do not always have the best pricing to me on large items such as boilers, but that is because I also have wholesaler/distributor accounts. Also, free shipping on any order over $99.I have had to warrantee 3 or 4 items over all my time dealing with them and had no problem.

I've used SH a bunch (may have posted in this thread earlier, too) and overall have had great experiences.

That said, they sent me an open box aprilaire humidifier this past winter. It even had a sticker on it saying the relay was not working and when I called, they claimed they open all the boxes to do some sort of function test, which was ********.

That said, they made it right and got a new one out. They wanted to wait for me to return the old one before sending the new, but I pushed a bit and they waived that policy.

It hasn't soured me on them, but was a little annoying. **** happens

The guys doing shipping and receiving aren't necessarily the sharpest tools in the shed, and someone probably just screwed up.
That item should have been on a returns shelf to send back to mfr, not another customer!

The laim xcuse would have pissed me off, however!

Hopefully, they covered return shipping.

My experience with SH has been flawless, but I only have ~6 orders with them.

I order quite a bit of hvac and plumbing parts from them. Have had really good experience with them. Another hvac place to check is skipthewarehouse.com. got my two 24x24 filter housing for my shop 5 ton unit there, they had the best price.

I've only ever had good experiences with them. Usually my go-to for HVAC parts I can't get locally. Fair prices and pretty much everything gets delivered in two days.

You ***** all the time about the cost of shipping, but your posts never mention you are in ALASKA! Shipping to Alaska can be outrageously expensive, but it is not the seller's fault. I had the misfortune of shipping something to Anchorage once and UPS ground and Fedex ground were both about five times the cost of shipping the same item within the lower 48 states.
