I have to replace a leaky supply valve that is probably 45 years old. I would like to use something with a shutoff that is easily reached. Using a 4' rod is a PIA. Current valve is down 4' as it is in Colorado. This is a vacation home and I want it to be quick and easy to turn the main water source on and off. Point me in the right direction for a good source. Thanks in advance.

If you have electrical nearby, you can buy 12 volt solenoid valves you can control with your smartphone, computer, ect. 3/4" wifi controlled valves for sale now on EBay and Amazon. Or you could hard wire a switch to a non wifi

Call Grand Junction pipe. They should have curb stops and the key. I suppose you would want me to bring my backhoe over to dig the hole.
