Supra tile install issues

I installed supra tile in Nov. 2015. in the last few months it has started buckling all over the place..a couple spots have even come unlocked at the seams. I left 1/2" around the entire edge.

I am not happy at all....

I have emailed 2 times in the last month and have not received a response.

I just emailed Greg at Armorpoxy today one last time...

I would really just like my money back at this point.

I didn't want to leave bad feedback on garage journal, but I don't know what else to do..I gave them plenty of time to respond before posting this.

Joel,

Sorry to hear about your problem(s).

Not familiar with your product but, do you have hard contact with the wall completely around your perimeter?

It might be a simple matter to trim another 1/4" or so from any side that has contact to get back to that 1/2" expansion zone. The tiles that are flexed or bent might require an afternoon in the sun to get flat again. I know with some tiles, puling pieces out of an edge or especially the center of a panel can be pretty difficult.

Sad to hear you are not getting any help.

Is your floor floating, or did you glue it down with this stuff:

Sounds like you can let it float if its going into a retail store or gym. For cars, trucks, and traffic their glue is recommended.

Hi we are in touch and rectifying the situation with our customer. Apparently prior emails went to spam as we had no record of any un-answered emails.

Always best to call guys if you ever need us and don't get a prompt response!

Hi, we don't show any open sample requests as samples go out same or next day via US mail so we don't have tracking on postal samples to check on status. Please call our office during normal E Coast business hours today or email us at [email protected] with name address and we will resend right away. Thank you very much.

I have learned many times they never get to your in box . I have clients call me and ask why I haven't responded to them , even when there was a note in the subject line , they still went to spam . So the puters are not perfect .

All tiles designed for the garage can have expansion and contraction related issues. The trick is having a supplier who is willing and able to deal with those issues. These guys have been selling tiles for some time and I am sure they will get you taken care of.

We've seen sample requests and emails disappear or end up in spam ourselves. When we switched to gmail we had to go in to the filters sections and tell it, for example, never mark as spam emails sent to [email protected] . Still not perfect

I still haven't corrected this issue...I don't really want to glue any tiles down...

I have emptied the entire garage and removed all tiles on the outer edge so none are in contact with a wall/trim/etc. even with no sunlight, the tiles still buckle...

I don't know what else to try..I'm about to just take them out and go with my sealed bare concrete floor.

also just wanted to add that this garage is not used for any vehicles...only tools, shop tables, etc.

Hi,
Occasionally even without direct sunlight due to temperature changes the tiles can expand a bit and adhesive may be needed. This is rare if not in direct sunlight and is normally an installation/fit issue, but you seem to have addressed it.

We would be happy to supply adhesive n/c to the affected area. Please contact us directly to arrange.

The affected area is the entire 900 sq ft garage...

there is currently 12" or more of concrete showing around the edges of the installed tile where I removed tiles to allow it to expand.

The whole reason i purchased this tile was for ease of installation and so I didn't have to glue anything down.

I can provide pictures if needed.. But as you stated, this is not an installation/fit issue.
