I hate to be negative, but still contribute to your thread.
I think you may be hard pressed to find these here. Not to degrade your quest, but "spinners" aren't the typical wheel style of choice amongst established GJ peeps.(my opinion)

Just curious, what or where would someone normally see these? Who sold them? What era? What are they going on?
