Surecrete Eco-stain water based stain

Hi all, I am a new member here and must say this forum looks very informative for the DIY kind of guy I am. I am in the process of planning what to do with my 20x20 man cave I am building and can't decide on flooring. I really want a black and white checkered pattern that won't break the budget. I have been looking at a product made by Surecrete. It is there water based stain called Eco-stain.

My question is has anyone used this product before? I tried the search function and came up empty handed. Just looking for some input as to how this product is.

Just going to revive this as I was hoping someone would have worked with this stuff? I am to the point that I really need to make a decision on flooring.

One of our installers uses it. It's made here in Florida.
He uses it for exterior concrete projects, mostly.

I figured someone had to have used or at least heard of this product. I was hoping to get some positives or negatives about the product. If you haven't used it yourself then I can understand why you can't elaborate on this. Thanks
