Surface prep prior to installing race deck flooring

Hello,
I am looking for some advice regarding sealing concrete floor prior to installing racedeck garage floor tiles. Theres existing epoxy on the 20yr old garage floor. Curious what recommendations there are to seal/water tight the concrete floor prior to installing the race deck floor tiles. Not trying to grind or fully remove epoxy since the tiles will cover all cosmetic damage. Course will need to seal cracks/cover any concrete damage. Just looking for suggestions regarding water tight methods to allow water to flow underneath the tiles to driveway. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Denver, CO area.
Products like Kilz concrete sealer / Natural concrete seal by eagle have caught my attention.

What style of RaceDeck?

RaceDeck Free flow. There’s a lot of snow and moisture in Colorado, so I need something that will seal the concrete so the moisture runs away from home.
