Will the dealer rebuild this ratchet ? If not can I get the parts to do it myself ?

I think it all depends on the dealer. If it is your regular dealer that you have spent money with I bet he would but if you are just some guy walking up and asking he probably wont. You can call snap on and ask them to send you a rebuild kit for free though.Will the dealer rebuild this ratchet ? If not can I get the parts to do it myself ?

It is govt issued ratchet and thus hold no warranty but if you have a business relationship with the guy already I bet he will rebuild it.Awesome thanks. Its actually the guy who comes to our shop every week. I just didnt know if the SV-71 is a .gov issue and not warrantied.
