I am a sucker for tool kits...I found this powertran tool kit at a swap meet today. Looks like surplus from the 90's and is all American tools...Allen, Proto, Irwin, some Craftsman but it is complete with 1/4, 3/8, and 1/2 with wrenches to 1 1/4. Seemed air for a travel box at $150

That's a US General Mechanic's Took Kit (GMTK), the old version. Great starter set of tools. If I were just starting out, that would be the first thing I would buy.
