Old switch has two blue and one yellow.
New switch has different terminals.
iPad oney lets me post 1 pic at a time, here is the first pic.

Pretty sure I can connect the blue and yellow wires to the brass terminals.
Problem is on the other side...next pic

Looks like you have a 277v circuit, so be careful. It would probably be best to puzzle this out with a multi-meter or at least a inductive proximity tester. It's hard to tell you further what to do because your photos show the old load side with the new line side, and visa versa. The new switch with the jumpers between the terminals is the line side.

The old switch seems to be fed from the side with two blues under one screw. This would explain why the other terminal is not filled, it is internally jumped, and the two wires under a single screw is just a sign of bad workmanship.

But again, be careful because you the color coding or your wires is a mess, and proving everything with a metter, tester and jumps will be your best method.

One of the switches on that stack switch in post #2 photo looks like a 3-way.

Rock Knocker, the OP is in the Chicago area, land of EMT, no NM "Romex®" allowed.

That wouldn't affect that the facxt that 277 isn't allowed in those occupancies, or that those seem like weird color choices.

It's called using whatever color that happens to be on a truck. BTW, I have found 277V in a bootleg MIL unit, and what happened is a good reason why it's not code compliant to have lighting in excess of 120 volts in a residence.

277v in a residence? What did someone do? Use a step up transformer?

Shop has a 480Y/277V service, 120/240V power is supplied from a 15 KVA ******, MIL unit is attached to the shop, LR, & kitchen had 277V 2X4 troffers & owners were redoing the ceiling & they wanted ceiling fans, they took them down hot. :dunno:

Owners live in a double wide on the property, whoever did the 100A service did not bother to use a gasket on the hub so water leaked in the panel, & it lost a leg, leading it to having to be replaced, just a number of issues on that place.

Flip the switch around and wire it that way. The single blue goes on the black screw and the blue ,yellow go on the 2 single screws.
