Swapping snap on ratchet heads?

I bought an old 936 series speeder ratchet (1/4") that I am hoping to swap a dual 80 1/4 head onto. Has anyone done this before? Any tips?

Not that exact swap, but I did run into the early flex head rats use a swedged pivot pin and the later flex head rats use an Allen head screw for the pivot. The two I worked on were not interchangeable. I ended up reaming both parts to fit and making my own pivot pin. Definitely not worth the effort.
