I am actually a jan San dealer and we sell these. There are really good manual ones. New they are quite pricy and the profit margin in low so the best place to pick one up is on the used market. The battery ones added benefit is that it is usually driven by a transaxle if you have a large area. The nobles, tennant and minuteman units are all very good.
