Swinging garage doors

Greetings.
I'm new around here. Looking to use swinging barn style doors for my 10' wide and 11' tall door. I've seen a number of interesting designs. Biggest concern is being sure I have adequate hinges. Can I get by with 3 if they're big enough......how big is big enough?

Nearly all the occasions I have built and mounted swing doors on the misc. sheds, etc I have built, I always default to my early days of building fence / gates. The bottom hinge actually carriers nearly all the load - the top hinge only acts as a anchor point to "tension" the load.
