I definitely have some personal training I need to do for this kinda thing too. I'm a pretty organized guy but no where near the crazy stuff you see on here. Multiple projects at once and clutter are my downfall, lol. I did recently have any idea for a system that might help and I want to try. Basically, a rolling rack of shelves with a bunch of bins which I dedicate for clutter. Any project I'm working on can be tossed into a bin to clear the bench but still keep things together and prevent losing things. This would allow for multiple ongoing projects or even just storage for the random stuff that makes it into the garage for various short term reasons. If I can teach myself to use a system like that then maybe I can keep things less cluttered.

Subbed to see more ideas!

Check out Rings Workshop on YT - he has a mobile flip-top workbench that may work for some of your tools. He also discusses his thoughts and process to the different organization steps he's taken, and that has helped me think more outside the box.

Also worth watching is Simple Hacks For A More Organized Shop/Garage by Hometown Acres. Kinda long and the guy has a large shop, but lots of great tips and ideas for storing tools, multiple use areas, saving time, etc. that can be applied to any size shop.
