I have a storage condo that is in escrow. The unit has about 850 sq ft of Swiss Trax, RibTrax flooring. The new owner does not want it. It is silver and grey with some red

Ribtrax - https://www.swisstrax.com/flooring-tiles/ribtrax/

If the escrow closes the flooring will be available for $1 per sq ft. Let me know if anyone has interest. Must take all. There likely will be about 800 sq ft available as some of the tiles have been cut.

The product is in so cal. Beaumont. Map -https://goo.gl/maps/osNFvr1vaxF2
Pic included.

I'm a half hour from you and that might just be enough to do my three car garage.

If you don't get a firm sold deal by the end of august send me a PM.

Thanks , Cam

I understood that. But I figure by that time you'll know if it's going to finish going thru escrow. Plus I'll have gotten back from the Woodward cruise and will have certainly made up my mind if I really want to do this. At the point if it works for both of us being "on call" to go fetch isn't a real big deal since I'm close.

Btw what I meant by "sold" is someone has handed you the cash for the floor by then.

I live in Corona and those are actually the colors I have been shopping....lol

Is it the grey/charcoal or light silver?

I would be up for $1 a foot for all undamaged perfect tiles.

I will send you a pm with my cell #

This is the strangest real estate I have ever seen. It's hard to imagine the new owner doesn't want the floor tiles. Maybe this is more of a private message question and not one that belongs in flooring but did your unit go up in price a lot since you bought it? In a lot of states 120k is enough for a small home still. I have rented storage units but never heard of them as a condo type community. Only in Cali.

This is Southern California, with very high real estate values. I am the developer of the
Facility. To answer your question without going into tons of details here it is in a nutshell

I built and sold 107 units. There have been 22 resales so far. Of the 22 resales not one person has spent a Penney on their storage condo. Every resale netted a profit to every owner.

So there you have it.
