SwissTrax - dealing with customer service

After my contractor butchered my garage floor epoxy (and wasted $1400 worth of product from ArmorPoxy) I decided to just get the floor tiled because didn't want to spend more money - I had folks quoting me $7,000 for a 550 sq ft garage because they said they would need to regrind and start from scratch

I designed the floor using SwissTrax 'Home' series and they are not what you see in all the pics. SwissTrax does not have any pics, you can't see any tiles at a Lowes or HomeDepot (I tried a few) and all the YouTube videos and even pics from SwissTrax's own site show the more expensive but MUCH nicer looking 'Pro' series. The Home series is glossy and the mold impressions are very clearly visible. They do NOT look anything like the Pro series pics

I ordered using their designer and it came to 551 tiles - after waiting patiently for a week for everything to ship, the order is like a box short. It's frustrating because contacting SwissTrax's customer service is like pulling teeth. I was on hold on their customer service line TWICE for over an hour. And I still didn't get through. Left a voicemail the second time but yet to hear back. And I've sent emails to a few addresses I could find on their website but nothing back yet.

Has this been the experience of other SwissTrax users? Was it difficult to get hold of them? Has anyone experienced missing parts and pieces from SwissTrax orders? If so, how quickly do they fulfill missing pieces?

Also for anyone else who used the 'Home' 12 inch series - how was it ? Did it hold up to the rigors of a garage with cars and free standing cabinets?

The silver lining in all this has been this forum. It's a treasure trove of information. I wish I had been on it and read every article and every post before starting on my garage floor resurfacing journey ...
