Hi there,

First post but long term lurker.

After following all these great garage setups and finally having my own space, I'm planning to spice up the garage.

My currently 2 flooring options are either Swisstrax (Ribtrax) or Epoxy.

The Ribtrax is significantly more expensive (additional $400 Canadian) for my setup.

What are your experiences and pros/cons of each?
How will it Swisstrax hold up through Canadian winters? (lots of snow, salt, and slush).

Thanks!

Swisstrax will hold up fine, but it collects all the winter ****. I’m not sure I’d use it in NY state.

Old post revive, but I’ve had my Swisstrax ribtrax down for about 8 years in Calgary Canada. Park my daily in there all winter long. Tiles have held up perfectly! Will only go this route in future. (I’ve had previously epoxy and vct tile, both did not hold up).
Twice a year I slid them out onto driveway and give them a pressure wash, squeegee out floor and then drag back in. They look pretty much new still!
