This was my grandfathers who passed in 1990. I just got it from my aunt a couple of weeks ago and would like to fix it. Any ideas where to find a similar replacement?

A toggle switch with the right electrical specifications should be easy enough to find, but I doubt you'll find one with that specific button on it. If you have a good local hardware store they may have something that will fit, otherwise you could look online at Grainger, McMaster, Newark Electronics, Mouser Electronics, or Digi-Key.

More than likely a Cutler Hammer switch, as Skil, to my knowledge, almost exclusively contracted with CH for their switches well into the 50's ~ 60's. Are there any part numbers or any other markings beyond the amperage / voltage ratings present on the switch?

You can definitely use any 125V 9a rated toggle in its place, but I must admit that getting one with that particular button will likely be much more difficult. Have you tried taking the switch into a electrical supply house (Platt, CED, Graybar, etc.). I have ALWAYS been impressed with what they are able to source.
