The only T&E Tool I have is a 3/8" breaker bar that is 15" long .. bought it off ebay and it did not have country of origin on it. It works pretty well, I guess ..

A friend of mine has a T&E ratchet that can work in very tight places. It works like it has really fine teeth, but I don't think there are teeth in it. You push the square drive in or out, and flip the ratchet over to change between tightening or loosening.

T and E is a direct importer of tools, tool boxes etc. they seem to just buy random lots they get cheap.

There company does not have a very good reputation in the industry.

Ive been looking at T&E tool boxes around here. The local harbor freight type store has them and the local tool store that sells name brand good stuff also carries there tool boxes. They look REALLY nice and REALLY solid. They seem WAY better than Craftsman boxes. Has anybody bought one of their boxes?

Oh and sorry Avgas, don't mean to hijack your thread, just thought id ask since someone with a T&E box might be looking at this.

T&E is an Australian company who source tools from other suppliers and rebrand. I have a dead blow hammer that is marked "made in Chicago U.S.A".

Our small farm store has some. If i remember some were usa and some of the stuff just said te on it. Those ratchets are smooth, you need to buy one and take it apart so we can see inside!

I have a set of T and E tap and dies 1/4" through 1". The guy at the store where I got them said they were made by the same company that makes Snap-on. Save your money. I have had way better luck with Vermont.

I think most T & E tools are made in Taiwan, i can tell this from details of podger ratchets that is Taiwanese style, as i have factory for podger ratchets, and i checked Toptul podgers from Taiwan to study differences than ours, their riveting pins are convex type, popular style for Taiwanese manufacturers.

I have some bits and pieces of T&E, it's all made in USA that I have.

Sydney tools sell a fair bit of it, I noticed some have made in USA stamped on them.
