I'm fairly new to this forum but have read and digested very much information regarding floor coatings. I'm still not ready to coat the floor in the "Man's Room" (my attached garage) but I am having a contractor finish the garage portion of my house. I really appreciate everyone's comments and good ideas. This forum is especially helpful for folks who have never coated a floor before. THANKS AGAIN !
PS: When I first heard the term "Man's Room" about 15 years ago when my son was at Auburn. In his last two quarters he rented a room at a friend's house, and they had a "man's Room". I thought that a funny term until I saw it in a 1935 Architectural floor plans book and sure enough the garage building was labled "Man's Room".
