T-Handle Screwdrivers - looking for these

Now that I am working on motorcycles again I have remembered just how handy these screwdrivers are. They were initially #1, #2, and #3, but the #1 is gone and the #2 is damaged. I've searched for these online but I can't find them anywhere. There is no mfg, just "Japan" and the bit size. What I really like about them is that you can put one driver through the other and use it as an "L" for both a lot of torque and control. Finding these in JIS would be a huge plus. Thank you for any help!

I know that Amazon has a t-handle driver with a fixed "T", JIS bits, and a 1/4" bit socket. I may end up with that one, or a set of vessel, but if possible I'd really prefer ones like I have.

It's not what you asked for exactly but one possible alternative to consider is a long Philips head screwdriver with a hex shank that you can attach a wrench to. Depending on how often you use these tools, it might make for a more versatile pairing.

I do have a small County Comm brand t-handle bit driver but it's a lot smaller than you're looking for

Maybe you can find a t-handle socket driver plus an extended length Philips head with a socket base (3/8 or 1/2 drive)

Thank you for the suggestions. Your ideas made me think that I could also maybe use a screwdriver with a 1/4“ or 3/8” socket in the head as well.

I would be tempted to find a couple screw drivers that you would normally use and then drill a hole in each handle. Then just replace them when they wear out.

If you like T handles here is a complete Kowa set in stock in the USA. Not included would be the #1 crosspoint.

If you just have to have that #1 driver it can be ordered as a single from Webike. The use to carry the entire Kowa T handle line but I don't see them currently.

Koken USA has some as well but not a #1 from what I can see.

Other options...

For mobile use, Fix It Sticks are compact - easy to carry and easy to use:
T-Way Wrench
Single Bits

Ratcheting wrenches, various kits/carriers and torque drivers are also available for tailoring a set as needed.

For non-mobile use, I prefer PB Swiss ratcheting screwdrivers and bits. Available in long and short shafts. Of course PB Swiss offers bits of all shapes and sizes... lots of goodies. Most of their items are pretty pricey but I always find them a pleasure to use.

I was wondering if anyone had experience with this style? I got more hex screws than phillips...

I’m afraid that I don‘t. I have hex t-handles but the top of the “t” is fixed and doesn’t slide. I think from looking at them that using the long end they’d be great as you could use them as either a “t“ or an “L”. But if you used them on the short side it seems like they may slip down so it was always an “L” and very short. But since I don‘t have them that’s just a guess.
