I need some recommendations for T-handle drivers.

I'd like a set of hex/ball end drivers, and 1/4" bit driver to use with my PB Swiss bits. At this time, the only brands I've really looked at (in a catalog) are Felo and PB Swiss.

Ratcheting isn't a necessary feature, but if you guys think its worth the time picking one up, I'd definitely consider any recommendations that have that feature.

Thanks for your help.

I use the Beta line of T handles. Just have to goto Italy to buy them from their local Utensil ferramenta store.

This is what Elroy thinks of when someone mentions a T-handle

bondhus makes a good driver, and I recently put their warranty to the test and was very pleased. Elkind also makes good stuff.

I have Bondhus t-handles but I don't use them very much since I bought a stubby roto-head ratchet and some long hex sockets. The roto-head and socket combo is way more versatile. Oh, and I have ball-ends but I only use them if I really need the off axis capability, otherwise I think they're a little hard on the fasteners.

Last year I purchased the Wiha magic ring ball end set in both SAE and Metric from Amazon. They were on sale for roughly $15 each, a lot less than now...

I have Bondhus L shaped hex wrenches and they are awesome, no frills and no gimmicks, just strong and tough. Probably going to pick up their t-handle sets as well.

For hex bits, my Koken in SAE and Metric have performed flawlessly over the last 6 months, reasonably priced for the quality. They also have mm t-handles...

I actually prefer the T-handles to the ratchet/socket because I can better feel how tight it is without worry of stripage.

I can understand that...a lot of the hex stuff I work on winds up getting torqued to spec so I'm very rarely putting much stress on the ratchet/socket combo. We all develop different work habits based off of our needs.

I made My own Years ago for Work.
Some of the Hex Head Bolts are hard to get to, and Ball Ends snap off when we try to Crack them loose.
So I made this one with a swivel welded on, a knurled grip that spins and weighted ends.
I use it all the time...as long as someone else doesnt grab it and use it first.

I am actually waiting for it to break, so I can build a nicer one.
