i had sediment running down the side of my gas water heater.
upon closer inspection look like the temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve was leaking, ok its 11yr hold tank, no biggie off to home depot $14 im all set...well get it all installed and its leaking...i think its the water heater not the valve??
