T stat question

just had a call from my sister, her rental property became vacant, she went in tonight
the thermostat is missing. she wants me to go over & put one on tomorrow.
she said there's 2 wires sticking out of the wall. I know it is heat only, no ac
I have a used manual Honeywell stat I was going to install for temporary.
it has fan /ac etc on it. 5 terminals
it looks like an Rh terminal is tied to an Rc terminal
do I remove the jumper & use the Rh & w terminals on this stat?

Does your thermostat take power from the system or use batteries? If it has batteries, I’d leave the jumper and just set it to heat, and connect Rh and W.

the stat I was going to use has no batteries. it's a mercury bulb . all it has for terminals are W,Y,G,Rc.Rh
I figured the W & Rh was for heat. so I'll leave the jumper
