T5HO conversion to LED recommendations

I have a couple shops/garages with a lot (like a total of about 140 plus bulbs)of 4’ T5HO 4 bulb (4 wide) and 8’ 4 bulb (2 sets of 2, end to end)fixtures.

Does anyone have suggestions for what make/model LED bulb would work. I am not sure whether to remove existing ballast or just install new LEDs. I have researched and have not really seen a great suggestion on the T5 set ups.

We have had pretty good success with the Phillips LED lamps in T8 or T5, maybe a bit more pricey than the no name brands but there may be a reason for that...
