Looking to see if anyone knows the difference between the two saws. Seems Mastercraft is selling tools based on Dewalt designs lately. The Maxium MJ10250IXCIIIB looks very similar to the DWE7491RS. I see some minor differences but overall I think they have the same guts. Both saw packages are 110lbs. I want the 7491RS due to the fence design, rip capacity and can accept a dado blade. I have never seen the 7491RS go on sale and the MJ10250IXCIIIB goes on sale for $499. The cheapest I can find the 7491RS is amazon @ $699

I'm sure there all built by the same 3rd party with slight differences and they slap their names on it. I went through this and ended up with Lowes 10'' Kobalt saw on sale for $179. Very nice saw for the money, not quite as good a fence as these higher price models but once you set it square it doesn't move. Very accurate, consistant cutting.
