Table saw miter gauge standard sizes?

I have an old 10" Delta table saw I was gifted from my in laws. It had been in storage for years, and I whipped it out plugged it in and it was good to go. Even had the fence. But it was missing the miter gauge. I'm working on a project where I need to make some square cross cuts and figured since Im at work right now and have access to the milling machine, I could whip one up real quick. Only thing is I didnt think to measure my miter gauge slot bfore coming in to work, as this is a spur of the moment idea. I know it is the upside down "T" style of miter gauge slot, but I dont think it is the 3/4 x 3/8" standard size. Is there another standard size for the "T" slot? Worst case is I go home ad measure it tonight, but I figured if I can get the dimensions if it is a standard size, then i can make one right now while I have some free time and access to the mill.

If anyone can help, thatd be great! Thanks.

I've recently inherited a Makita 2708 table saw that has a goofy sized miter gauge. Any ideas for an aftermarket replacement besides the overpriced unit that Makita sells?

If you have no mitre gauge, you could watch for something at a garage sale/flea market and put on your own bar if need be. Cold rolled bar is pretty cheap.......have done this more than once.
