I have a simple benchtop drill press (https://www.harborfreight.com/power-tools/woodworking/8-in-5-speed-bench-drill-press-60238.html) and am wondering what people are doing to keep control of the waste that the drill makes when using it?

I have it on the end of my workbench and haven't found a good collection method for keeping all of the smaller pieces from making a mess.

I understand that drills make a mess but I'm sure I'm not the only one who has this problem.

thx
bob

When I had a square table like that, I made a pan the hung below the table on some pull pins. Worked OK and caught most of the junk.

I have a brush that I use to sweep the majority straight into a 5 gallon garbage can off the bench. Then the shop vac is positioned to clean up the rest.
