I store mine on a shelf like bracket french cleat-ed to the wall. I hoist it up there w/ a harbor freight winch mounted to a wall stud w/ pulleys in the attic dropping the cable through the ceiling. It is up against the ceiling above my weld bench. I can have it on the floor operational in 10 minutes. It is a bit of a headache, but I do much more welding than woodwork in my 14x20 garage.

One solution if you have room is to make a table top that sets right on top of the saw with the blade down and guide removed that turns it into a work table in the same spot you use it in.

I like the idea of the storage cabinets/shelves that you can roll the saw under easily and be done with it though. That gets the saw out of the way and may give you some dedicated storage for pieces for certain projects.

I have a smaller saw than the OP, but the general concept may work....

I found the saw was in the way on the stand it came with, and when I used it I never had enough outfeed area. My solution was to built a new workbench that I could build the table saw in. A small shopvac is plumbed in under the table saw, catching the majority of saw dust. I based my design on a fold out bench shown in family handyman. I decided not to build the fold out wings at this point because once I scaled everything up for the saw I didn't think I'd need the extra space. However I left the space to add them later. The unexpected bonus is the overhang at the back allows me to store the outfeed roller and 2 sawhorses out of sight......

I have a small 20x20 2 car so space is at a premium. This Ryobi gets used a few times a week w/ a rolling cart for an outfeed table. Mostly I cut outside. Not the fanciest setup but it works.
