Can't tell you about SnapOn, but if they're like Lista sliding doors you start by removing the screws holding the upper track in place. This should allow you to make room to lift the door (with some maneuvering) so that you can slip the bottom of the door out to remove it.
If the shelves are movable, you may need to tilt them up to make room.
