Taiwan 6" DA Sander Pad Thread Size...

Hi,
Do all these older Taiwan Sanders take the 5/16x 24 pads???

you could easily check with a 5/16-24 bolt .

When I saw the thread title, I thought to myself I think they use a 5/16 thread. Check it to be sure.

8MM is a likely alternative. In some cases the thread is so close that they screw together more than one turn.

Thanks, I won't have the Sander for a few days more but need a Pad for it.

Guess I will wait till i get it to be 100% sure of what it is before ordering a Pad...

Just maybe to help someone else, got the Sander and it does have a 5/16-24 Thread for the Pad!
