Not very rigid, so I hope they weren't trying to mill steel! Things are stacked so high that by the time you get up to the vise jaws, you could cause deflection by pushing with your index finger.

I like the scissors jack for the vertical adjustment/brace! Notice they kept it all the way down for the photo in the hope that you wouldn't notice.

Been listed and relisted for a long time, not worth even 1/3 of that. IMHO, but seeing as how it isn't sold yet I'd say the local market agrees. :dunno:

Guy must work for an ad agency. That's the best ad I've ever seen for a 150 drill press!

What a bad joke. If I needed a DP, I might offer $150-175. for everything. Then, sell the milling tooling to someone with an actual milling machine.

The rusty column and table don't indicate too much use, because if one ever tried those big side-cutters on any material stiffer than cheese, it would have been ugly and dangerous.

that is not a milling machine my friend. It's a standard drill press. That cross-slide milling table is Chiwanese which you can purchase through Grizzly and it simply bolted onto the OEM table.

If it were a true milling machine, the OEM table would not be able to swivel on the column.
