Tall Cabinets?

Hey Everyone,

I'm looking to outfit my garage with some taller cabinets, something around 84-96 inchs tall. I've been looking at some stuff at home depot like this

but it all is always 72 inchs tall. I live in Salt Lake CIty, anybody know any places where I can find something larger, either wood or metal construction, thats larger?

Check your local phone book for Garage Cabinet companies. They usually have a few standard size units that sell fairly reasonably, and most have a 96" and an 84" model, in both 18" and 24" depth.

I think you're going to have a hard time finding anything that height that isn't custom made.. Most likely going to have to settle for 72"

You can put another set of cabinets on top of the 72" ones. And you can make the higher ones a little deeper, since they won't be eating up actual standing/working room.

Ya I would do this ^

72 is a good height for stuff you often use, and thing you dont use as often can go in the cabinet above.

Go to Global Industrial and search the heavy duty cabinets. They have them up to 84" in height in a LOT of configurations, styles and colors. The ones in my garage came from there and are heavy duty 14 gauge cabinets with a 1,000 pound per shelf capacity.

Those are 74" and 72" high. Don't think you're answering his question.
