I was thinking about upgrading the casters on a HF box. I am tallish, I'm 6'1" and wouldn't mind if the surface of the top the the 44 box was higher.

To kill two birds with one stone some bling on the rims would be sweet. Plus a MAC sticker? Hah.

Does anyone sell nice casters that are bigger too?

There are a number of companies making nicer and bigger casters than the ones you have. Problem is they'll cost you more than the box did. Quality casters are very expensive.

you'll spend 100 to 200 bucks buy bigger caster on same bolt plate I expect .
if you wheels worse for wear or you move box a lot then quality bigger wheels be big plus .
You may see sets on amazon around 80bucks but if looking gain like 2" then doubt see much low 100 .

Keep in mind that you get what you pay for in casters. If you plan to move the unit around very much you will be better off buying a either a quality unit or raise the weight capacity of second rate casters. In any case, remember that caster rating is based on static weight of the load. On a Bassick or Colson for instance you would double the actual weight. On a no name I would double that. As far as I can tell, Service Caster does make casters.

I’ve bought dozens of sets of casters over the years at estate sales, auctions, etc. you can find some excellent quality sets for very little money.
