This is sort of a repeat topic for me, but a new spin on it.
I've got a couple of the water based Rustoleum epoxy kits in grey, but want tan. The two kits I have will cover my floor, but not have much left over...at least that's based on what the box says. I've been thinking recently about using both grey and tan. I'm worried about putting this stuff on too thin so the more coats I use, the better off I'll be I hope. The question now is, what would happen if I used the grey kits as a base coat and topped that with a coupld of tan kits as a second coat and a clear top coat? This is, of course considering I finally find some tan and clear. Is the tan dark enough to hide the grey? Am I better off with two coats verses one of this particular stuff or is it going to be bad either way?
Thanks in advance for the input.
