Tap set of bottom taps only

I've got a couple pretty good tap and die sets which have the normal plug taps. As I need a bottom tap here and there I've bought singles. I'd much rather not have to wait for the days it takes for Amazon to bring me one.

Has anyone ever seen an SAE/metric tap set of just bottom taps in the normal tap set sizes? All I see regularly is a size based taper/plug/bottom set.

I’ve never seen them come in a set like that - only the 3 piece sets or individuals.

Order the sizes u think you need. Then u will have them. I have cut down plug taps to make bottom taps a few times.

Was one of many that google thought they had, but didn't meet the criteria of NOT three types of the same size, so I fell for it

Call KBC Tools. I get good service from them.

Order the sizes u think you need. Then u will have them. I have cut down plug taps to make bottom taps a few times.

X2 on this. grind a tap to what you need and then order a new one to replace the one you modified. Done it a few times.
