Rolls of tape. I've got rolls of masking tape, duct tape, blue and green painting tape, double sided tape, electrical tape that clutter up the bench, roll around the cabinet so when I open the door they come dropping out :tantrum2:
Sooo, how do you guys store your tape, looking for ideas, pics.

You trying to corner the market on tape or what? So many different kinds...?

I just keep it in a plastic tub so I can find it, plus one drawer in another garage at the lake.

Rolls of tape are stored in a drawer marked "tape". I keep tubes of adhesives, RTV, silicone, loctite, JBWeld, etc. in their too.

:+1: It's the only drawer I let other people access without supervision. :lol_hitti Most of the tape I keep in sandwich bags. I can't stand when a roll of tape has a bunch of **** stuck to the side of it.

I've had a tape drawer for thirty-plus years. It works great to keep electrical, packaging, industrial, all knds of tape in one place. I was in it yesterday for a bit of some weird old mil-spec red duct tape from a research project in the 80s. Amazing -- it's still perfect. That was some interesting tape.

I put a tape drawer in my old lab and I'll bet they're still using it, too.

Mine just happens to be mounted on the pegboard. It's just a couple of dowel rods in block of wood. It could easily be mounted to any wall surface.

I went out to take picture just for you my friend. . .

I take one of each type and just stack them in the closet. The rest-----I put them in a plastic bag and hang them up somewhere.

Another vote for the bottom drawer of one of the tool boxes. I do a fair amount of welding, grinding, and wood work in the garage (at diff times w/ a good cleanup between). I try to keep everything in cabinets or drawers to minimize clean up. Peg board is OUT.

Electrical tape in the small rolling box with my electronics/electrical tools/supplies. Masking tape tossed in with paint and related supplies on a paint shelf. Teflon tape with plumbing supplies and so on.
