Tape on duct board

Using fiberglass duct board for a project. Yellow fiberglass with foil surface on the face. Will duct tape or something else stick to the yellow fiberglass side, not the foil, the fiberglass. Is there something else that will work?

The question appears to be if duct tape will adhere well to the fiberglass itself. In my opinion it will adhere for a short while, then come off, taking the fiberglass with it. The fiberglass side should be against the duct. Why would you want to install it otherwise?
